Today, I am joined by a cheerleader, and a coach. A cheerleading coach who is supremely focused on the mental aspect of the sports she is involved in. Many athletes, new athletes especially have a hard time distinguishing the difference between what is wrong, and why things are going wrong. We try to tackle that on todays episode.
You may remember her from episode 4, I am joined by Megan once again. It has been a whole 6 months since we last sat one on one, and she has been through a lot of change. She is coaching competitive cheer once again, and she is somehow balancing two different types of training as well, along with work.
She definitely talks alot more than I do this episode, she is intensely passionate on the inner game, and she is right to do so, because your responsibilities as a coach aren’t limited to what happens physically, but mentally as well.
I would also like to thank everyone who has helped me on my journey, and I want to make you all proud.
That being said, I would like to repay the favor, and if you guys want technique analysis. Send it to me! I would love to have you help me help you! You guys make me better!
Send me your gripes, I love to give advice.
Any questions? Want to talk?
