Depression and Anxiety run rampant in every day life, they affect everyone. From the people you look up to, to the person looking back at you in the mirror. In this episode I speak to my little brother Santi, him and I have known each other for the better parts of our whole lives. We work together, we are close in age, but we are at the core two different people. But the one common thing that we encounter in our lives, on our journey west, are the snakes on the ground that throw you off of your horse… anxiety, depression, reality, and monotony.
Our destinations are different, so are our qualms, as are yours.
Us two cowboys, on our journey out west, have found that talking to each other, or someone you love, getting it out in the open, cracking a few jokes, sharing ideas, has had a profound effect on us, this is one of those conversations.
If you are struggling with any sort of mental illness, please don’t be afraid to get help. Don’t let the snakes on the ground throw you from your horse.
Thank you for your patience. I am starting to feel better.
Send me your gripes, I love to give advice.
